We booked a De-Luxe room with a balcony overlooking the Ku'Damm. The room was enormous and very comfortably furnished with large seats and settees to relax on. ( 50" tv provided but limited English channels available, pay channels available...

The location on the Kurfurstendamm and location to the Zoo Station. The breakfast was also very good.
I had asked for a double superior room and expected a double bed, not two single beds. The staff could have been more friendly also.
